Download and install the kuartet app
We at kuartet offer three ways to access our platform on mobile and tablet devices. Choose the method that suits your device and operating system — all three paths lead to the same secure kuartet account, payment options, and gaming markets.

kuartet app vs. browser: key differences
Our kuartet app offers several advantages over the mobile web browser. The app caches match schedules, game information, and player profiles on your device, so you can browse Liga 1 and Piala AFF markets even if your internet connection drops for a moment. Push notifications alert you instantly when a withdrawal is approved, a match begins, or a login occurs on your account from an unfamiliar location. The app also loads pages faster than the browser because it bypasses network delays and uses local storage efficiently. On iOS, the browser version (accessed via Safari) works just as well as the Android APK, but it does not enable offline caching or native notifications — those are exclusive to the Android app. If you use kuartet frequently, we recommend installing the Android app for the full experience; casual users may find the browser sufficient.
Device compatibility and kuartet system requirements
We at kuartet support Android 7.0 and later on phones and tablets. The kuartet APK requires at least 50 MB of free storage and works on devices with 2 GB of RAM or more. For iOS, Safari on iPhone 6s and later, or iPad (all modern versions) will open and run the kuartet browser version without issues. Our web app (responsive design) works on any device with a modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge — and adapts automatically to screen sizes from 320 pixels (small phones) to 2560 pixels (large desktop monitors). If your device is older than Android 7.0 or iPhone 6s, you can still access kuartet via the web browser on a computer or tablet.
Troubleshooting common kuartet app installation issues
Android users sometimes encounter a "Cannot Install" or "Unknown Sources" warning. This is normal and not a sign of a security problem. To fix it, go to Settings → Apps → Special Access → Install Unknown Apps, then select your browser (the app you used to download the APK) and toggle "Allow from this source." The kuartet APK will then install without further prompts. If the download stalls, clear your browser cache (Settings → Apps → [Browser Name] → Storage → Clear Cache) and retry. On iOS, if Safari blocks the page, check that you have not enabled any ad-blocker or content-filtering apps in Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions. If kuartet still does not load, switch to a different Wi-Fi network or use mobile data (4G/5G) — sometimes corporate or campus networks restrict access. For persistent issues, contact our support team with your device type and the exact error message.
Data, permissions, and kuartet account security on mobile
The kuartet app requests permission to send notifications and store data on your device. We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or file system — we need only permission to store your login session and send you security and match alerts. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocol. Your password, two-factor authentication code, and payment method details are never stored on your device unencrypted. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your kuartet account settings and using a strong, unique password. If you lose your phone, log in to kuartet on another device and review your active sessions — you can remotely log out from the lost device within seconds. Your account remains secure even if someone gains physical access to your phone, because all withdrawal requests require email or SMS verification.
